2 Basic situation of sewage treatment plant in Fumin County

2.2 Basic production process (CASS process)

3.2. Environmental impact analysis of risk source accidents

   3.2.1 Analysis of environmental risks arising from the storage, use and transportation of raw and auxiliary material products

    The chemical agents used in the production process of our factory are all the water quality testing drugs and polyacrylamide used in the treatment of residual sludge。

    (1) Environmental risk analysis in the storage of water quality testing drugs

    Many of the water quality testing drugs in our factory are highly toxic, easy to produce drugs and high-risk chemicals, there are risks of corrosion, poisoning, fire, explosion, etc., in the process of storage, use and transportation, once the environmental conditions change or improper operation, it will cause no degree of harm to people or things。因此我厂储存水质化验药品于保险柜中,保险柜钥匙分别由两人保存,保险柜在两把钥匙共同出现的情况下才能打开,且有24小时视频监控。
