The waste lead-acid batteries collected by the project are all from the waste lead-acid batteries replaced at each collection point, which will produce a small amount of sulfuric acid fog under the circumstances of unloading, temporary storage, external force impact during unloading, aging and damage of batteries, etc。
The project shall have an air collection and exhaust system according to the "Technical Specification for Pollution Control of waste lead acid Battery Treatment" (HJ519-2009),To filter and renew the air "requirements,Maintain a slight negative pressure in the project warehouse,And set up a set of exhaust air system,The waste gas such as sulfuric acid fog caused by the damage of waste lead-acid batteries is replaced,Update the whole warehouse air in time。
2.2废水
The drainage of the project adopts the rain and sewage diversion system, and has a supporting rainwater and sewage pipe network。
The wastewater generated during the operation period of the project is domestic sewage, and no production wastewater is generated。

The project reduces noise emission by installing vibration reduction foundation for noise production equipment, adopting soft connection for fan inlet and outlet, selecting low-noise equipment, reasonable layout, and prohibiting whistling。
2.4Solid waste
The solid waste generated during the operation period of the project is mainly domestic waste, plastic film scraps, leaked electrolyte, waste rags, waste protective appliances, waste acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant containers, etc. The specific disposal measures are as follows:
(1) plastic film scraps
Some plastic film waste will be produced in the storage process of the project. This part of plastic film waste is general solid waste, and the construction unit is responsible for transporting it to the plastic recycling workshop of Xiangyun Gaoxin Recycling Technology Co., LTD. 150,000 tons/year waste lead-acid battery recycling lead project for recycling。

3.1Pollutant discharge
