In 2001, Yunnan Shenlong Co., Ltd. was established。

On August 26, 2020, the establishment of the Party branch of the company was approved by the higher Party committee, and the Yunnan Shenlong Environmental Protection (Group) branch of the Communist Party of China was formally established。

On July 23, 2021, Shenlong (Group) changed its legal person, Shen Shili no longer served as a legal person, and Zhao Yu served as the legal representative of the (Group) company。Shareholders Shen Shili 97% equity transfer to
